I watched from a distance as Sarah battled with cancer. Her faith unwavering, she fought with a strength and grace I could not imagine possessing. Now that she has passed, I know with immutable certainty that she is in the arms of her Father in heaven.

I wrote Eternity like a Feather for no other reason than to process the grief I saw and felt. I was preaching silently to her (and to myself), saying that she was held and loved by the Father - the One who holds eternity like a feather. It is clear that our souls have weight. Take heart and be comforted by this.
